IMAX

In 2004 – 2005 my friends Howard and Michele Hall invited me to work on their Deep Sea 3D film project for IMAX-Canada and Warner Brothers. I was hired to help lug around the 1400 pound IMAX camera and housing underwater and had some of my shots chosen for IMAX publicity. I did logistics such as catching fish for some scenes, baiting Humboldt squid at night and helping set up other scenes. I also scouted for the Mola mola sequence. This was a great job in locations such as Bahamas,Hawaii, Flower Gardens (Texas), North Carolina, Sea of Cortez and Monterey. Recently I've taken several trips with IMAX to Papua New Guinea.
